Wisdom at Work is a ministry dedicated to transforming the workplace into God's design by teaching and praying God’s principles for work and business. It is drawn from Dr. Frazelle's experiences – good and bad – in working to transform the operations of more than one hundred large businesses (BP, Coca-Cola, Disney, Honda, UPS, etc.) in nearly every major industry in nearly every part of the world. Each post will include a Scripture teaching God’s Wisdom for work, an example of how that Scripture has been applied or violated in practice, and the consequences thereof. Each post will also include a prayer for your workplace. The Wisdom at Work podcast is a dynamic and informative conversation about workplace principles informed by The Word of God. Dr. Ed Frazelle

Dr. Frazelle is one of the world's foremost authorities on business operations management. As an academic pioneer, at Georgia Tech, he founded the world's largest center for academic research and professional education focused on supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. As an author, with McGraw-Hill he wrote one of the world's most widely read series of books on operations efficiency. As a teacher, he has lectured at many of the world's most prestigious institutions including Cornell, Georgia Tech, Meji, National University of Singapore, Northwestern, and Waseda University. As a methodologist, he developed one of the world's most widely adopted methodologies for guiding business operations management, and as a technologist, he co-developed one of the world's most successful operations optimization AI technology platforms. In addition, he has been retained as a consultant to many of the world's largest and most prestigious corporations (adidas, BP, Coca-Cola, Disney, Honda, UPS, etc.), government entities, ministries (Focus on the Family, Upward, etc.), and professional athletes (Novak Djokovic). 

More importantly, he is a disciple of Jesus Christ and child of God. He is also a husband of 41 years, father, and grandfather. He has observed in his work life, that the practices and principles that help organizations achieve and sustain financial, service, and competitive success, are those that operate using God's divine design for work and business. Wisdom at Work is his attempt to share those divine design elements through teaching and examples from his work.
